Our mission is to honor the roots of real food by crafting meat that’s bold, clean, and true to its origin. We’re dedicated to using Texas-raised beef, pure ingredients, and time-tested methods to create flavor that feels honest — the kind that brings people together, fuels real life, and reminds us where we come from. Pryml exists to rebuild what modern food forgot: integrity, craftsmanship, and clean ingredients.

 
 

What it took to get here

Our Journey

 

Pryml began long before the brand had a name — out in the Texas heat, around old grills, woodsmoke, and meals that brought family together. We noticed something: most store-bought meat was bland, overprocessed, and stripped of its roots. So we set out to rebuild what was lost.

We returned to the basics — premium Texas grass fed beef, clean salt from the Sea of Cortez, no preservatives, nothing artificial. Just real ingredients crafted with respect, patience, and pride.

What started as a passion project turned into a mission:

Bring back the kind of flavor that reminds you where you come from.

Today, Pryml is still driven by that same fire — to create meat that hits deeper, tastes richer, and feels honest.
